Return and Refund Policy

Shop with confidence. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. We offer free returns by mail for eligible items. Our team answers questions within 2 hours during normal business hours.

Eligibility

Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and accessories. Please include any gift boxes, pouches, and tags. Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.

We recommend using our prepaid label from the portal. It helps us track your return and speeds up processing.

Items Not Eligible

Items that have been changed or modified after we shipped them, any items that show wear, damage, or have missing parts, and any final sale items marked as non-returnable at purchase are not eligible for return or refund. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back β€” we are always glad to help verify eligibility.

How to Start a Return

  1. Open the Customer Portal and select your order.
  2. Choose the item and reason for return.
  3. Download and print the prepaid return label.
  4. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the listed carrier.

Exchanges and Replacements

If you need a different size or style, start a return for the original item and place a new order. For defective or damaged items, contact us first. We can arrange a replacement and provide a prepaid label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 3 business days after we receive your return for processing. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Packaging Tips

Use the original box when possible. Place small parts in a pouch or small bag so nothing moves in transit. For higher value items, use a sturdy outer box and adequate padding for protection.

Important Notes

  • Coins shown in product photos are for display only. Bezels do not include coins.
  • Return shipments should use our prepaid label from the portal. If you use another carrier, keep the tracking number for your records.
  • If a return arrives not in it's original condition, we may issue a partial refund or return the item to you.
