Facebook Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that was obtained through your use of a Facebook login, integration, or app interaction with Gold Coin Bezels.

What this covers

If you used Facebook to authenticate, interact with our site, or use features connected to our Facebook app, we may have received limited account data from Facebook. You can request deletion of that Facebook-sourced data using the steps below.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to customerservice@goldcoinbezels.com with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include your full name, the email associated with your Facebook account, and if available your Facebook User ID.
  3. Optionally attach a screenshot from Facebook showing your User ID or App ID reference so we can match the record quickly.

We respond within 2 hours during normal business hours. We will confirm receipt and begin processing immediately.

What will be deleted

  • Facebook-provided identifiers and profile attributes stored for login or personalization
  • Tokens or IDs used to connect your Facebook account to our site
  • Any app-specific preferences that were created from Facebook data

What we may retain

We may retain order records, invoices, and fraud-prevention logs that are required for accounting, tax, or security obligations. These records are not used for marketing once your deletion request is completed.

Verification

To protect your privacy we may request additional verification, such as confirmation from the email on file or a short code sent to your inbox, before deleting data.

Timeline

We start processing upon receipt and complete deletion as quickly as possible, typically within 7 days. Certain backups and legal archives may take up to 30 days to cycle out, after which the data is no longer recoverable in active systems.

Alternative: use Facebook settings

You may also remove our app’s access from your Facebook account settings. Removing access in Facebook does not notify us to delete data we already received. If you want deletion on our side, please submit the request by email as described above.
